Meet Kelly

It’s my job to help you buy or sell your home under the terms you want. I combine my passion of real estate and helping people with my experience to help you reach your real estate goals in a stress-free experience as possible. As a resident of Fernandina Beach, I know the value of this community and love all that our beautiful island has to offer. With my knowledge of the local market, effective marketing strategies, and negotiation skills, I am confident we can realize your goals together.

I am a Virginia Tech graduate and have worked in corporate IT, been a stay-at-home mom of two girls, and owned/operated a $1M+ dog daycare/boarding business before following my passion for real estate. Those careers have taught me patience, hard work, technology adaptation and customer service. I enjoy traveling, sailing, community service and refinishing furniture. Most mornings you can find me walking my dog on the beach.
