I’m a 40-year resident of Amelia Island. I grew up here, then returned after graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). I know Nassau County inside and out, from neighborhood character to the nitty gritty of real estate like property taxes, local ordinances, and flood zones. Over the years, I’ve built strong professional relationships with local lenders, insurance agents, inspectors, and fellow realtors, making the process smoother for my clients.
